We are on the hunt for a dynamic and outgoing Brand Activation Manager to join our passionate team. As a Brand Activation Manager at our company, you'll be at the heart of the action, representing our dedicated brands in the vibrant Los Angeles territory. If you have experience in the beverage/spirit industry or hospitality space, along with a background in marketing, PR, or digital, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
As a Brand Activation Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our brands in on-premise channels. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Account Management
Cultivating strong relationships with key on-premise customers to boost their profitability.
Becoming the go-to brand expert, providing training and support to consumers and trade at top trending and influential accounts.
Developing and modifying engaging Guest Marketing Programs.
Showcasing our brand through multiple channels and implementing effective drink strategies.
Managing budgets dedicated to supporting exciting activations.
Field Marketing Activation
Unleashing your creativity to identify "non-traditional" events that align with our brand pillars: Music, Art, Food, and more!
Collaborating with Field Marketing to provide compelling social media content, using the right mentions and hashtags that stay true to our brand guidelines.
Building relationships with influencers and social media channels to cross-promote our brand with brick-and-mortar restaurants, events, and more, to drive engagement.
Managing a list of influential image accounts while continuously exploring new potential partnerships.
Route To Market Alignment
Training and supporting sales teams to ensure they're well-versed in our brand and products.
Coordinating with bottler sales teams to expand the distribution of our brand portfolio.
Conducting alignment meetings with key bottler stakeholders to launch exciting new programming and product training.
Communication & Reporting
Staying on top of emails and providing timely responses.
Participating in weekly team meetings and quarterly reviews.
Proactively following up with accounts and managing event logistics.
Tracking KPI activity in real-time and submitting expense reports.
Minimum Requirements
1 - 3 years of beverage sales experience, with preference given to On-Premise and Alcohol-Beverage experience.
A background in the hospitality industry.
Excellent networking, selling, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack.
Familiarity with relevant social media channels and an understanding of our brand's social media strategy.
Resourceful and able to leverage opportunities to get things done.
Willingness to work unconventional hours, including nights and weekends.
Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to travel within the designated market area.
