As our Community Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to lead your team in providing excellent customer service and maximizing the curb appeal of the community. This position provides an opportunity to lead the staff to meet the needs of our future and current residents in addition to business objectives. You will be expected to lead by example with a hands-on approach to solution-based problem-solving while meeting financial goals. An ability to diffuse situations, communicate effectively, and empower yourself and your team is a must.

A Day in the Life:

The Community Ambassador is responsible for the physical and financial day-to-day operations of the community in addition to oversite of the maintenance division to provide excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is able to take direction and give direction, achieve deadlines and run a structured environment that allows all to find great success. Are you a rock star leader? Community Manager must haves:

• Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish
• Yardi or relative software experience required
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, e-mail, and a familiarity with the internet required.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years property management experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
