You'll have the opportunity to create a meaningful impact by engaging with our community across various social media platforms, forums, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a dynamic community engagement strategy that perfectly aligns with our brand and business goals.
Be the wizard behind the metrics! Monitor and report on key community engagement metrics, such as member growth, engagement rates, and sentiment. Bonus points if you have experience with Sprout Social!
Discover and connect with online communities where our target audience thrives, building strong relationships with their members.
Fuel the excitement! Curate captivating content for our social media channels and online platforms, captivating our audience and inspiring engagement.
Be the friendly face of our community! Respond to comments and messages on our social media channels and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Innovative ideas are welcome! Identify opportunities to create exciting new content or programs that will drive even more engagement and participation within our community.
