Client Support Associate Jobs

Our client, one of America's leading food distributors servicing restaurants, the healthcare industry and more, is hiring a Client Support Associate to join their team remotely in AZ time!

***This is a 2-month contract!***

This role has two shift options :

Sunday - Thursday 10:00am to 7:00pm AZ time

Monday - Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm AZ time

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Service Desk tools to enter data into the tracking system and the utilization of the solution database along with other business systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalation for support issues.
• Responsible for answering incoming support calls from internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
• Interact other with the Technical Support teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule.
• 1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 - 3 years of call center support with excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
