What will I be doing?
• You will partner closely with fellow Circana PepsiCo team members and Center of Excellence partners within Analytics, Consumer/Shopper Intelligence, Audit and Technology to deliver game-changing insights and transformational solutions to Circana’ s largest client, PepsiCo North America.
• We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly driven Consultant with exceptional analytic and communication skills who is passionate about leveraging insights to drive sustainable competitive advantage through both identification of new growth opportunities and delivery of accelerated speed to decisions.
• You will lead a wide range of projects supporting PepsiCo marketing, innovation, and in-store initiatives, while also enabling PepsiCo teams with automated best practice analyses leveraging Circana tools.
• You will have demonstrated success in driving action from insights through clear strategic recommendations that are aligned with client business priorities and are communicated effectively across multiple levels of the client organization.
• You will also assist with Circana revenue growth through consultative selling of solutions that may be required to advance client priorities.
• This role is hybrid (1-2 days in office) in Chicago supporting PepsiCo, working within eight dynamic categories and PepsiCo’s iconic brands and breakthrough innovation.
• We are laser focused on driving growth, efficiency, and clear market advantage for PepsiCo.
• You will work with our clients and internal teams to maximize and apply insights gleaned from Circana data including store data analysis, household purchase behavior analysis, surveys, audits, data modeling, in-market testing, and other custom projects.
• You will advocate for your client and create/close new opportunities with them.
• You will work with Circana’s industry-leading data management technology that combines database, reporting and visualization tools to better deliver a full story of the client's business and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful recommendations for clients:
• Approach client with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
• Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client
• Identify business issues and opportunities and suggests the appropriate level analytic solution/approach
• Identify the root causes of issues versus symptoms
• Ask questions to test assumptions and challenge the status quo
• Translate needs into a clear project framework and tightly manage project to ensure on-time delivery and high impact recommendations
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image:
• Develop trusted partner relationships with client, Circana client solutions teams, Circana cross-functional organizations, Circana business partners
• Demonstrate clear expertise regarding Circana assets and solutions and client business
• Educate the client on analytic methods and Circana assets; recommend optimal analytic approach
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function
• Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and requirements
• Regularly and proactively communicate with the client, including soliciting feedback to continually improve the relationship
• Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities
Qualifications:
• At least 5+ progressive years of experience in marketing and sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics company
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
• Ability to build a rapid rapport across functions
• Ability to tell the story underneath the data
• Experience with Circana Unify or other syndicated data solutions
• Proven ability to consult with clients to influence thinking
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is [$64K to $115,000K].
This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay.
