A Client Support Consultant is responsible for providing technical and customer service support to clients. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and helping customers with product setup and installation.Detailed Job Description:
Client Support Consultants are responsible for providing technical and customer service support to clients. They must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, provide technical advice, and help customers with product setup and installation. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
