Job Description

About the Role:


The Healthcare Client Success Director is a strategic position, with the primary goal of leading a team responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of Healthcare accounts in mostly clinical and some allied and nonclinical settings, serving acute care hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory-care centers, skilled nursing facilities, large corporations onsite clinics, rehabilitation and sports medicine clinics, and government healthcare bodies.


What will you be doing day to day?


  • Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues
  • Ensure team compliance as per TJC/JCAHO standards.
  • Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements
  • Maintain a healthy individual and team book of business
  • Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry.Assist with confirmation calls and email
  • Coach & Mentor team members on how to engage with clients, get updates and heads up on job orders
  • Formulate a strategy on trying new creative ways to achieve team targets
  • Confirmations to client facilities
  • Processing assignment and contract changes as well as extensions, renewals, and terminations.
  • Execute and manage referral programs.
  • Work with senior management in new initiatives, and programs, to fuel growth
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Lead by example, build strong client relationships, and be responsible for managing a P&L
  • Review submissions for compliance with facility requirements
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards


Your Experience:


  • Track record of hard work, sales success, and strong customer service experience
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, organized, dedicated, focused, and driven individual
  • Proven, strong phone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic while demonstrating a professional demeanor and possessing strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, highly responsive and customer focused
  • Adaptability to demanding business environments with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education
  • Nurse or allied health professional sales, staffing, recruiting, or related experience preferred
