Responsibilities:

  • Establish and expand our working relationships with clients (C-suite to recruiting)
  • Act as the company’s quality control to ensure we are presenting appropriate candidates and accurate and complete information to our clients
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure they understand and fulfill client needs
  • Analyze and find ways to improve client satisfaction
  • Proactively manage timelines and keep both our team and clients on task
  • Don’t drop the ball or let anything slip through the cracks
  • Ensure client roles in our system and documentation on client information is up-to-date
  • Proactively manage day-to-day client communication related to the current candidate pipeline, priorities, and upcoming hiring needs


Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to operate under ambiguity with limited direction
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and properly manage competing priorities
  • Experience with agency recruiting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role


Preferred:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with C-suite level business leaders
  • Experience working in the video game development industry
