- Schedule: Ability to work Monday - Friday 12-9pm EST
- Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
- Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
- Communicate with customer through various channels
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- BS/BA degree of relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work Monday - Friday, 12PM to 9PM (EST)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone
