We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representatives that are passionate about travel and providing great customer service to business and leisure clients. Our Client and Sales Reps play a key role in effectively managing customers' domestic and international travel arrangements, corresponding with suppliers, building relationships with clients, and processing requests accurately using our trusted supplier network. To be successful in this role, you should be multi-skilled, customer focused, and a team player.
Responsibilities
Serve clients by planning and selling domestic and international travel vacations including cruises and land packages
Provide expert consultation and advise traveler or travel arranger of best available options for travel needs
Successfully meet or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients, as well as soliciting new business through referrals and repeat business
Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience
Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
Advise clients on their trip and provide details on required documents, such as passports or visas
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
Create promotional materials to utilize
Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
Promptly respond to all travel inquiries
Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
Complete certification training curriculums and specialization certifications
Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, or Australia
Must have computer and/or cell phone
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Self-driven in an autonomous, remote environment
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
Ability to speak multiple languages would be highly regarded
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
