This is a remote, work from home position. Idea candidates will be available to travel to the New York City office, or TBD locations for company meetings 4 times per year.


Position Summary


The Director of Client Success is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with Cureatr customers that result in highly satisfied customers who derive the maximum amount of value from Cureatr products and services, leading to renewal, growth, and expansion. Director of Account Management will be responsible for strategic account planning, client satisfaction management and the presentation of ongoing reporting/outcomes.


Responsibilities


The Director of Client Success will manage a portfolio of Cureatr client programs and relationships. Responsibilities include creating high levels of client satisfaction by exceeding service delivery expectations, proactively addressing client needs, working with the business to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities for Cureatr to expand on the value it delivers to clients. The Director of Client Success will also provide overall direction and leadership for a team of Account Managers


Drive Client Success outcomes with particular focus on


  • Developing and maintaining high-trust relationships with executive-level and sponsor-level stakeholders
  • Communicating the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the organization as well as representing Cureatr to the client and aligning client expectations to company deliverables.
  • Serving as a trusted customer advisor and subject matter expert partner with customers on performance improvement initiatives that lead to increasing value derived from Cureatr products.


Pre-sales & Implementation


  • Working collaboratively to ensure cross-functional alignment within the business and coordinating all required deliverables across internal organization
  • Supporting internal teams as necessary to launch and provide ongoing services to customers, leaning in to fill gaps in manual processes to make things run smoothly
  • Providing pre-sales assistance to sales to ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Client Success team.


Program Reporting and Evaluation


  • Facilitating regular check-ins, review of customer-facing reporting, and sharing of compelling presentations to Cureatr customers to communicate value customer is deriving from Cureatr products and services.
  • Reviewing deliverables (i.e. status documents, performance reports, account plans, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Owning ongoing customer-facing reporting, coordinating requests to Cureatr data and product teams to continuously improve customer-facing reporting to reflect value derived from Cureatr products and services


Leadership

Education and Experience


  • 10 years years related experience or equivalent training
  • Bachelor degree in Healthcare related field, or


Salary: $135,000 plus full benefits
