Leveraging advanced AI technology, we're creating a platform that helps users make informed car-buying decisions while providing dealers with qualified leads.

The Role


We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in setting the technological direction and building the initial team for our company. Your influence will shape the foundational structure of Meta Car Club, guiding our mission to revolutionize the car buying process.


Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Meta Car Club at the forefront of technological innovation
  • Lead the recruitment, management, and mentorship of our technical team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the development and deployment of our AI chatbot and related technologies
  • Collaborate with other executives and key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap
  • Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with business objectives


Qualifications

  • Bonus: A love for cars and an understanding of the automotive industry
  • Extensive knowledge of AI and machine learning, with practical experience in deploying AI solutions
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a technology company, preferably a startup
  • Passionate about our mission and driven to transform the car buying experience
  • Exceptional team management skills and experience in building high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
