As the CMO to CW1 ProjectGotely, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and leading a high-performing marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Lead the marketing team in the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and trends, leveraging them to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
• Identify and capitalize on market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive innovative marketing strategies.
• Define and shape our brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and industry partners.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or a similar leadership role, driving marketing strategies and delivering business growth.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and visionary mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
