Qualifications

• Showcase strong proficiency in Flutter, Firebase and Dart.
• Showcase strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
• Be a proactive self-learner with a founder mentality, taking full ownership of significant projects.
• Demonstrate willingness to build across the stack, with experience in technologies such as TypeScript, GraphQL, React + Next.js
• Adhere to best coding practices, focusing on readability, maintainability, and testing.
• Possess 2+ years of software engineering experience as a versatile generalist with interests in frontend, backend, or both; or have an interest in gaming and desire to gain more experience with user-interactive tech stacks.
• Possess working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure/DevOps best practices through services like Heroku and GCP.
• Bonus: Gaming enthusiasts eager to work on cutting-edge gaming technology and develop a product they would personally enjoy using.

What you’ll be working on
We are seeking a passionate, founding product-oriented Full-Stack Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about building a well-tested, feature-rich gaming experience. At Strive, we utilize a modern tech stack including Fluttet, Dart, and Firebase for the frontend, along with Node.js, MongoDB, and Python for the backend.
