Responsibilities:


The Program Manager will be aligned to our Early Careers umbrella and work closely with variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to, Campus recruiters, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, Business CAOs/COOs and business specific Early Careers leads. They will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of tailored divisional content to support our full time Analyst and Associates for the duration of their program.


The Program Manager will provide full end-to-end management of Analyst programming including division specific supplemental training, community building, talent management, coaching and mobility.


Specific Responsibilities Include:


  • Facilitate rotations and partner to support mobility opportunities if applicable
  • Partner closely with Campus Recruiting to ensure a seamless integration into the program and the firm
  • Conduct continued pulse checks of Analyst talent and share key themes with business and HR stakeholders
  • Partner with managers and divisional stakeholders to design and implement division specific programming supplemental to firmwide offerings
  • Provide ongoing mentoring, support and advocacy for Analyst program participants
  • Partner closely with Talent Development, business stakeholders and HR business partners to design and implement business specific Full Time training programs and continuous learning for program hires
  • Support Analyst year-end processes as and if needed


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Exceptional relationship building skills and client engagement both within the HR/SIG business and divisional stakeholders
  • Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to stay calm in an dynamic environment with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong team player; must develop relationships across all levels and throughout global HR team
  • 3+ years of experience working in an HR environment; experience in Financial Services is helpful but not critical
  • Able to identify areas for process improvement and drive change
  • Consistently exercises strong judgement and comfortable escalating as needed
  • Ability to design and implement programs and processes end to end
  • Prior experience with program management, program delivery, training and/or campus recruitment preferred
  • Comfortable setting priorities and executing independently, but also enjoys working on broader projects within a team

Expected annual base salary range:


$110,000 - $130,000


Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.


Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
