Job Summary


ONEOK is looking for a candidate to primarily focus on supporting Operations groups in maintenance and reliability efforts, using Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application. Experience as end user and/or system administrator in Maximo is required. An ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance records, equipment hierarchy structure, downtime reporting, asset meter readings, and failure reporting in Maximo.


This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

Monitors, evaluates, and/or maintains work processes and system capabilities related to documentation, reporting, accounting processes, and/or security.


Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Assigning roles and responsibilities/security
  • Scheduling and generating system reports
  • Assisting with complex application reporting
  • Coordinate and maintain functional application activities including but not limited to:
  • Maintaining user system security including creating user setup and terminations
  • Identifying system user needs
  • Administer Discoverer tables, security, and report development.
  • Providing “front line” support
  • Maintaining application configuration settings
  • Training users
  • Determine application issues/problems
  • Serve as liaison between business segments and Information Technology on activities including but not limited to:
  • Testing system changes, enhancements, and new features


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience:


Work Experience
  • Interpersonal communications
  • System security administration
  • SQL Query skills
  • Training and experience relative to:
  • Desktop application/hardware
  • Experience and/or training related to applications, such as Banner, Oracle, and MS SharePoint

  • Ability to: research, prepare, and compose systems operating procedures and documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Ability to: develop and present information to individuals and groups
  • Ability to: review manuals, journals, system reports, and correspondence
