This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or New York.

We are looking for a Business Operations, Senior Associate (Consumer Ecosystem Performance) to run, operate, and improve the process for managing LinkedIn’s most critical consumer product metrics. You will deeply understand the drivers of performance for our member-facing products and how they drive value to our marketplaces. You will also own communication to senior leaders around the performance of these metrics, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and connecting trends seen across different parts of the ecosystem. You will help hold product teams accountable for high performance and success by creating a center of excellence around performance management. This includes codifying best practice runbooks, running weekly check-ins, and investing in platforms and infra aimed towards scaling performance management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing proactive communication and collaboration throughout the organization, including with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business Operations
  • Provide insights to senior leaders around key shifts in member behavior to inform product strategies and planning
  • Own weekly, quarterly, yearly executive reporting of product metrics
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses of key strategic priorities for business leaders
  • Run, operate, and improve performance management process for key consumer metrics
  • Conduct analyses to deeply understand drivers of marketplace value from our member-facing products
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or equivilant work experience
  • 4+ years of work experience in an analytics, finance, or strategy a related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
  • Experience with SQL
  • Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems
  • Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
