This role requires candidates to live within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA, office but allows for a hybrid work schedule once ramped. This role offers a salary range of $65-85k, dependent on experience, and is not available to candidates seeking visa sponsorship.

As an Operational Analyst within Credit 9, you'll work directly with our EVP and General Manager of Lending. This position will provide data-driven insights contributing to critical projects and initiatives. The role spearheads the identification of operational requirements and opportunities for improvement, significantly impacting the company's operations and taking the organization to the next level.

In this role, you will

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance and enhance overall operational outcomes.
• Act as a change agent, equipping our workforce with the necessary training and resources to embrace and leverage the newly introduced systems and processes.
• Assemble your findings into comprehensive reports equipped with compelling recommendations that will shape the future of our organization's operations.
• Drive operational excellence by developing cutting-edge processes and innovative procedures that maximize efficiency and effectiveness. (be specific here for what using what)
• Collaborate closely with our data teams, managers, and employees to facilitate the seamless implementation of transformative changes, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
• Leverage analytical techniques to assess operations, assimilate relevant information and data, and unearth vital insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Gather critical information (for what team or to solve what) by observing workflows, conducting in-depth employee interviews, and analyzing company reports, among other strategic methodologies.
• Establish and maintain industry-leading quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and surpassing customer expectations.

• Collaborate seamlessly within a team or independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong self-motivation and initiative.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and the G-Suite equivalents, enabling you to leverage cutting-edge tools to deliver impactful outcomes.
• One or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, showcasing your ability to drive operational enhancements in previous roles.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, adeptly juggling multiple tasks and exhibiting outstanding multitasking and time management abilities.
