Technical Business Analyst Jobs

Key Responsibilities:

• Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with the project manager to determine project timeline, resources, and risks.
• Provide post-implementation support, including problem resolution and tracking, and process improvement.
• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to develop technical specifications for software solutions.
• Assist in the creation of user manuals and other technical documentation.
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into software requirements.
• Participate in system design sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed IT solutions.
• Assist in quality assurance and user testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong technical proficiency, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Experience with Web Application development projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Proficiency in using business software, like MS Office Suite, and diagram software like Visio or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
