As a Business Analyst at Team Elite Kawasaki USA, your primary responsibility is to analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, IT, marketing, and operations, to understand business requirements, gather data, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive analysis: Conduct thorough research, gather and analyze data, and evaluate business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
2. Requirements gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and define project objectives and scope.
3. Solution development: Collaborate with teams to design and develop innovative solutions, process improvements, and business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:
