Role Overview:

As an HR Generalist at Haleon Labs you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success by championing HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and strategies.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Participate in employee relations activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
