We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Lead to join our team and drive brand strategy and growth for our audio over-the-top (OTT) platform in the United States. As the Brand Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand campaigns, managing brand partnerships, and establishing a strong brand presence in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the product, content, and marketing teams to align brand objectives with overall business goals.
- Brand guidelines and assets: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging brand assets.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement the brand strategy: Create a compelling brand vision, positioning, and messaging that resonates with the target audience and drives brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
- Market research and insights: Conduct US market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US market. Leverage data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
- Partnerships and collaborations: Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships with relevant influencers, content creators, organizations, and platforms to amplify brand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Brand campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated brand marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, audio platforms, etc.) to effectively communicate the brand value and drive user acquisition and retention in the US market.
Requirements:
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative and disruptive brand marketing.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- 10+ years of proven experience in brand management, preferably within the digital media, entertainment, or audio streaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the US market, consumer trends, and media landscape.
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
