Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking to hire Designers who will play a fundamental role in the creative design and execution process. They will elevate the consumer brand experience across digital channels. The designer will be taking direction from the Art Director, then collaborating to design a consumer journey. A portfolio of work will be required for consideration and should display authenticity in their designs.

This person must be proactive, efficient, agile, and able to thrive in ambiguity.

This is a production focused design role and you will spend 70% of your time in Figma.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years’ of relevant work experience

• Expert in Figma

• Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, and Acrobat

• Experience in visual design, motion design or experiential design combined with solid knowledge of how to leverage today’s digital channels and emerging technologies

• Develop comprehensive designs that work across physical and digital experiences

• Familiarity with current trends, color, design, art, photography and experience design

• Consistently deliver high-quality work on time and with attention to detail

Plusses

• Motion and 3D skills are a bonus
• Local to Portland Metro Area and able to go onsite
