Position Description:


Motus is looking for a Branding, Communications, and Content Specialist to develop our communication strategy and be responsible for the planning, organization, creation, and publishing of branded content. Your main tasks include planning our communications and brand content strategies and supervising their implementation including product marketing content, leading social content development, internal communications process, PR content review, partnering with the People Operations team. You will work alongside our marketing teams to ensure that our messaging aligns with our brand guidelines.


Position Duties:


  • Implement communication and marketing strategies that align with our company objectives and image
  • Own the weekly internal Marketing Snapshot email that is distributed to leadership
  • Review press releases, award submissions, byline, and executive LinkedIn content and maintain a good relationship with the PR firm
  • Serve as point of contact for social management partner SocialSurge (own bi-weekly meetings, lead review of posts with design, sharing brand content for social sharing, build videos assigned to you) and collect data content from the Motus team for campaigns.
  • Partner with outside vendors to increase the impact of content development
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team on multiple initiatives and DEIB external communication. Lead initiatives the teams are collaborating on for the brand, run bi-weekly meetings, plan and implement external announcements of benefits and run project dashboard
  • Manage the entire process of brand content publication (product content, site copy, brand copywriting)—from writing, editing, proofreading working through design and publishing
  • Prioritize and coordinate the production of our product marketing materials and website updates.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of the communication strategy using relevant metrics, such as website analytics, surveys, etc. Identify areas for improvement, and formulate better strategies to improve engagement and revenue
  • Lead the shared service for internal communications at Motus in partnership with People Operations (process establishment, calendar management, copy review)


Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of building engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in branding, content creation, and content marketing within a B2B SaaS company or similar industry.
  • Proven understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Proficient in developing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.


Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $82,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
