Our Branding team collaborates with teams across the company to design functional (and fun) marketing tools they’ll use time and time again. We’ll rely on our Brand Designer to combine clever marketing communication with attention-grabbing graphic designs to create visual sales materials to support our growing company. This ideal candidate will also collaborate with their teammates in the Marketing department to fulfill the branding needs of fellow N2 team members.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role will be fully remote. The salary for this position is $41,000.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and entire Marketing team on all things marketing and branding.
  • Create social media content, including video covers, quote graphics, infographics, and social templates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

To Land This Gig, You Need To:
  • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in brand design, layout, and typography.
  • Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Have a talent for visual design and the ability to translate and reflect our brand standards.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of design hierarchy, typography, basic color, and layout skills.
  • Have entry-level knowledge about print, digital, and event marketing design.

It’s Not Required, But We’d Love it if You Also Have:
  • Experience working with WordPress to create and update website content and templates.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools to create social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Experience animating 2D assets in After Effects.
