As a Marketing Associate, Brand & Partnerships, you’ll serve as a point person for executing key brand marketing and partnership initiatives at WEBTOON. These initiatives will range from developing brand and tentpole campaigns, to experiential activations, to partnership campaigns and promotions. This role will work closely with counterparts across the entire company to manage marketing campaign needs and timelines. You’ll be the go-to partner to all internal stakeholders to facilitate alignment across brand, digital, creative, production, editorial, publicity, and social. Additionally, you will work on the creation of brand content calendars, brand and content audits, assessment of marketing opportunities, and analyzing campaign performance.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships.
Essential Duties
- Support the full life cycle for all marketing campaigns
- Work with internal and external creative teams on creating collateral and premiums for advertising and promotional use
- Develop creative briefs for internal creative teams and/or external partners to support marketing plans and perform creative reviews and proofreading of marketing content
- Act as an interdepartmental liaison as well as a point of content for external partnerships and agency relationships
- Shepherd all timelines, assets creation, materials delivery, results wrap-up reports and marketing presentations
- Oversee approval process internally and externally for marketing materials
- Supporting development and management of the marketing content calendar through informed insights, data, and optimization that delivers engaging content distributed across high-performing channels
- Help with the execution of experiential marketing activations including San Diego Comic-Con, New York Comic Con, Anime Expo, and other industry events
- Responsible for recapping meetings and communicating notes back to teams
- Providing admin support to the team and additional support to the necessary
- Perform internal and external market research as directed
Minimum Qualifications
- Media planning support skills
- Experienced top-notch collaborator
- A+ organizational and strategic planning approach
- Strong interest in and knowledge of popular culture and current trends that appeal to a youth audience
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor's from an accredited university
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- 1+ year(s) experience in entertainment marketing
- A passion for entertainment and pop culture (comics, games, films, TV)
- Experience enforcing brand guidelines and standards
