Job Description
Bookkeeper


Our well-established client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with some Human Resources experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and oversee personnel files for administrative and field employees.
  • Collecting accounts receivable Vendor payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and payments
  • Entering credit cards charges Preparing daily/weekly billing to customers
  • Reconcile and control company travel expenses
  • Manage and oversee healthcare benefits with vendor.


Experience:


  • 5 Years Minimum Experience Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience
  • Problem solving Teamwork Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Human resources experience to include benefits administration and employee relations


Our client offers a salary of $60k to $70k plus M/D/V/401k and PTO
