Evergreen Money is looking for a motivated and strategic individual to build out our lean, efficient banking operations processes and procedures. Must be able to commit 20+ hours per week. This is a contract, project based opportunity.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with engineering to lead build-out, development, and implementation of all mapped back-office processes
• Draft written procedures documenting processes to be used for operations and customer service staff
• Draft written process flows for operations processes and requirements for each back-office process
• Map out all back-office banking and investment operations processes, including integrating regulatory requirements, customer communications, and necessary customer-level information

Requisite knowledge/experience:

• Significant experience developing process flows, procedures, and requirements to be utilized by both operations, the business, and engineering teams
• Prior experience in back-office for both banking and investment companies
• Prior experience working with Zendesk and development of forms and escalation paths within Zendesk
• Experience in project management and leading company-wide initiatives
• Subject Matter Expertise level knowledge of deposit, credit, investment, and back-office processes, including the development and implementation of new processes
