Senior Clinical Implementation Consultant

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work with customers early in the project timeline to understand both strategic and tactical customer clinical objectives for Aerial implementation and usage and help guide their decision-making.
• Facilitate system build by sourcing clinical and business requirements from customers, documenting decisions, executing configuration build, and facilitating unit testing.
• Work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional implementation team to drive the implementation of Aerial solutions from project kick-off through software stabilization in the customer’s production system.
• Executes Aerial software training, incorporating customer-specific processes to prepare users for testing cycles and system processing in the production system.
• Assists various work teams when clinical expertise is required.
• Work collaboratively with customers to drive and document clinical workflows and business processes.
• Works with internal technical teams to communicate functional business requirements for data, reporting, and development resources.
• Works to triage clinical system issues during implementation test cycles and during the temporary “Hypercare” production support period after the project go-live

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and SharePoint
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a care management, case management, utilization management or population health management role, within a clinical or payer setting.
• Healthcare Information Technology background.
• Subject-matter expertise in population health management within IDN, Hospitals, Health Systems, environments.
• Minimum of two (2) years of software implementation or consulting experience
• Strong written communication and presentation skills and experience presenting to audiences of all sizes.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on clinical experience, as well as current clinical certification (BSN, RN, MD, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), or Registered Nurse license (RN) required; MBA or MHA preferred.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives at one time
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in enterprise software.
