Two years of experience in operations support

Work to organize projects and communications throughout the division

Build reports that support divisional initiatives

Analyze data and report findings to key stakeholders

Inform management and other teams if unable to locate and correct the cause of processing error or failure

Provide support and backup for the processing of Cash Management transactions

Identify and resolves Fiserv Premier software issues with vendor; escalating to management when necessary

Knowledge of Data Entry systems and standard PC software; basic knowledge of ITI software

Help manage printer resources, including forms and paper, monitor all supplies and ensure proper inventory

Tracking of dispute status and decisioning to support required regulatory and legal requirements.

3 years experience working in a banking/payment processing-related operations role.

3 - 7 years Commercial Lending Experience

Manage Business Banking portfolio of both credit and noncredit clients. Target portfolio $10 million in loan commitments

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years banking operations experience
