Job Description

Glo Skin Beauty is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be the day-to-day contact for online retail partners, is responsible for the revenue success of these accounts, and will own the professional experience on gloskinbeauty.com. This role is an individual contributor and will report to our VP of Ecommerce + Digital Marketing.


As Glo Skin Beauty’s B2B Sales Manager, you will:

● Serve as the day-to-day contact for online retail partners: act as the account manager representing our brand to third-party e-commerce retailers, buyers, and other retail partners; proactively manage ongoing communication and issue resolution.

● Coordinate promotional, sampling, and merchandising programs: responsible for hitting sales goals per account; analyze sales data to gain insight for strategic planning; use industry best practices and innovations in ideating new programs; create a holistic promotional calendar for third-party online accounts; create sampling, promotion, and merchandising plans to drive sales; ensure partners have merchandising assets to support programs; evaluate programs and promotions to assess efficacy and ROI; conduct post-mortems on promotions and a monthly recap report.

● Lead digital B2B initiatives for gloskinbeauty.com: plan professional online programs on gloskinbeauty.com; strategize and plan all wholesale email content and activations; manage and ideate on our professional ambassador program (Pro Program); liaise with stakeholders across the company for wholesale promotions; own professional on-site experience and online educational hub strategy for evolution to be best-in-class.

● Represent the Glo brand positively: share your passion for skincare and beauty products with enthusiasm; ensure a strong working knowledge of our full product portfolio and ability to clearly articulate our products’ value; use excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills to ensure effective collaboration across teams; demonstrate continuous personal development by being open and receptive to coaching and internal customer feedback; communicate clearly and respond to internal and external partners in a timely and professional manner.


Other duties:

● Contribute thought leadership to marketing strategy, and collaborate across all domains for effective marketing.

● Maintain awareness of skincare and beauty industry trends, competitor branding, social media trends, and other industry activity.

● Share successful techniques and practices with peers and foster innovation within the team.

● Using Adobe Creative suite, Trello, Slack, Google Suite preferred.

● Working across different cultures, adapting communication and work style as required for a successful relationship.

● Mentor the work of junior team members.


Working Conditions:

● 100% Remote

● Physical activities include sitting at a computer for long periods, using a telephone, using office equipment such as a copier, and occasionally lifting small boxes of products or documents.

● Work may occur before/after normal business hours, especially to accommodate meetings with international distributors in other time zones.

● Occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays, may be required. Access to the international airport within 1 hour is required.


Compensation & Benefits

● The salary for this role is $100,000-120,000.

● In addition to your salary, total compensation at Glo Skin Beauty includes the following: Two health insurance benefit plan options, dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits including an employer match, Paid Time Off accruals, and employee gratis products.
