Job Title: Construction Project/Program Manager I

Duration: 11+ months

Location: Remote, with Travel to Sites

• Will be in meetings on site, probably 50% of that time.
• The other 50% will be working with 3rd party teams or on-site counterparts.
• Aggregate, travel will be ¾ weeks per month. Traveling Monday-Thursday.
• Will be on-site majority is traveling.

Responsibilities:

• Will work with ops engineer that handles conveyance and machinery.
• This contractor will play the part in managing on the construction end.
• Will be for ongoing services.
• Will be working with budgets of 10 million and 200 million. Will be on the smaller end, not working with super big projects right off the bat.
• IT manager that works on IT part of building.
• Contractor will lead a project from kick-off meeting (start of project) to first receive and first ship. Building buildings.
• This contractor will manage timing and budget, as well as working with all the 3rd party companies that are working on the building as well.
• First receive, have hired teams to come in and work on building.
• Will work with 4-5 other PMs that have task-specific roles. Some will work on walls, some on power, some on data, parking lot, structure, etc.

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Read CAD and composite drawings, budget management, budget analysis, GANTT charts, schedule adherence.
• Someone without a degree (preferably in business or engineering).
• PMP not required, but would be nice to have.
• Disqualifiers:
• Earns Trust & Bias for Action: If these are put in focus, you will stand out in the team.
• Industry experience is preferred, but not a must.
