Job Description

Construction Project Manager


Join a company that has been in business for decades, has a strong pipeline of work, and is known for complex, challenging and interesting construction projects.

Projects will be throughout New York City, including renovations typically $3m - $20m, and ground-up/ core and shell projects. Projects will include hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and commercial interiors across a broad range of repeat and new clients.

About you:

  • Experience running projects in one or more of the following sectors: hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and/ or commercial interiors
  • Experience managing projects $2m+
  • Some experience in ground-up construction is preferred but not essential,
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Project Manager role working on projects in New York City
  • College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture
