Construction Resident Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a full time Construction Resident Project Manager to oversee elevator shaft repairs in a historic Federal Building in Lower Manhattan. Scope includes select asbestos abatement, plaster outer wall removal that is coated in lead-based paint, terra cotta wall replacement, replacement of plaster and finishing in thirteen elevator shafts.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
• Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
• Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen- Due to the nature of the work
• BA/BS and four years of relevant or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

• Relocation is not available

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $87,000 - $162,000.
