In response to accelerated growth, Entromy’s Account Management team is growing, and we are looking for talent to build successful customer partnerships and liaise with top private equity firms. You will cultivate relationships, become a thought leader and ambassador of Entromy when interfacing with senior audience and partners at the private equity firms, as well as the executives at the portfolio companies.

Primary Responsibilities
- Be a key account person and thought partner to executive audiences at both private equity firms and portfolio companies, with in-depth knowledge of all work that Entromy supported across the portfolio
- Work with Entromy Customer Success to ensure successful customer set-up and customer launches
- Proactively identify risks of platform underutilization to ensure clients are getting the most value out of Entromy’s platform, and identify opportunities for where the client can extract more value from Entromy’s capabilities
- Liaise with consulting or operating partners, where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong partnerships at existing private equity firm & portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for cross-selling/managing referrals, and work with Account Management leadership to identify upsell opportunities.
- Reporting to Account Management Leadership, you will be accountable for expanding Entromy’s value and footprint within existing customers, deepening customer relationships and identifying cross/up-sell revenue opportunities.
- Executive/Customer engagement–
- Over time, source & build relationships with new private equity prospects
- Formulate and drive opportunities to strengthen deployment and adoption of Entromy across private equity firms and their portfolio companies, identifying use-cases to build stronger partnerships with PE partners and portfolio execs
- Orchestrate brand building and thought leadership activities in partnership with marketing teams to elevate Entromy’s presence in the private equity space
- Ensure customers’ experience with all Entromy product and services is seamless and met with professionalism and quality
- Continuously assess and communicate how to improve Entromy’s capabilities vs. private equity and portfolio company needs to improve experience, value delivery
- Liaise with product team to identify customer needs and how they can be incorporated into Entromy’s product roadmap, helping to prioritize new features based on changing customer needs.
- Over time, lead executive debriefs of Entromy’s assessments with PE and portfolio company executives and provide follow up as needed
- Understand Entromy’s capabilities, solutions, and how it relates to supporting portfolio companies at the given private equity firm
- Work with Account Management Leadership to build robust account renewal plans and account expansion with the existing private equity firms
- Provide customer project management support to Account Management Leadership for customer engagement opportunities
- Assist Account Management leadership with analyzing company Entromy assessments, identifying key themes/actions, and building debrief presentations

Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree at minimum, MBA preferred
·Executive level gravitas and credibility and experience in a customer-facing or consulting role with senior executive audience,
·2–3 years of management consulting with strong knowledge of people and organization practices
·Experience with organizations managing major transformations and/or transitions (experience managing transitions to private equity ownership a plus)
·Strong project management capabilityand client-focused approach to work
·Ability to create a sense of urgency and take a proactive, solutions-based approach
·Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
·Strong analytical skills to determine an organization's needs, readiness for strategy changes and risks to business performance
·Unquestionable integrity, sound judgement about being able to handle sensitive data and complex leadership situations with maturity
·Ability to work independently, and motivated to get things done
·Ability to analyze complex/novel situations using existing tools and resources
·Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
·Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
·Comfortable with accountability for delivery of agreed goal
·Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word, ability to become proficient with systems
