Job Description

Umbrex is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Head of HR to support our Private Equity (PE) client.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational support for all HR functions within the firm.


This is a full time position with benefits.


Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all HR teams and departments
  • Oversee and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance for the United States and United Kingdom offices
  • Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.


Experience/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and forecasting HR expenditures
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  • Experience developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives for the United States and United Kingdom offices


Annual Compensation: $300K - $350K
