Director Of Marketing Jobs

Dame is looking for a driven, organized, and experienced Director of Marketing who is inspired by a fast-paced environment. The Director of Marketing will own the marketing calendar and budget while implementing best-in-class marketing operations and project management processes. If project management, data-driven growth, and storytelling excite you, this is the perfect role for you! You’ll definitely be the most interesting person at dinner parties ;)
Accountabilities:

• Own the marketing calendar and ensure all direct reports, agencies, and freelancers are held accountable to their deliverables
• Own reporting and forecasting for ecommerce
• Brief out all marketing initiatives to ensure team / freelancers are set up for success
• Manage OKRs/KPIs, budget, & process
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and profit goals

• CAC
• Traffic
• Spend
• Reach

Requirements
You are/have:

• Strong knowledge of various analytics platforms such as GA, Shopify, Klaviyo or Looker metrics; familiarity with project management tools (we use Asana) is also a requirement of the role.
• Experience developing and executing performance and brand marketing plans, as well as writing effective, concise briefs for marketing efforts.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience (2+ years in project management).
• Possess excellent prioritization skills and the ability to say no to non-aligned efforts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills are a must, along with an exacting attention to detail when it comes to written work and verbal exchange.
• Familiar with identifying and managing brand-aligned partnerships, including agreement negotiations and project management elements.
• A compassionate manager who can create internal accountability within their team.
• A creative approach to storytelling is a must, with an analytical eye toward optimizing efficacy and impact.
