Social Producer / Community Manager

Real Pie Digital is seeking a creative, pop-culture social media nerd to join our team as a hybrid Social Producer / Community Manager. This role will be responsible for brainstorming and executing engaging content for the film and series title handles of a major streaming service. Social schedules and tone/voice should follow title guidelines and client best practices, while enhancing title’s social presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage an existing database of clean images, assets, and documents.
• Support a quality-assurance checklist for accuracy within content.
• Support and participate in the creation and publishing of social content on multiple platforms, including Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other emerging platforms.
• Schedule and maintain multiple social and deliverable calendars.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of creatives and high-level clients on new ways to engage audiences.
• Work on several projects at once under tight deadlines, including event coverage.
• Write copy for creative assets and social captions, including collabs, engagement, clap backs, etc.

• Laser-focus on spelling, grammar, flow, and voice.
• Experience working with high-level clients and maintaining discretion.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and skilled at multitasking.
• A love of (or strong interest in) Film and Television.
• 1-2 Years Experience using social backend platforms - FB Business Manager, Twitter Media Studio.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with different communication styles.
• An understanding of Awards seasons (Oscars and Emmys).
• Strong background in writing - copywriting, creative writing, and/or script writing.
• Experience using project management platforms - Asana, Dropbox, Airtable, etc.
• Flexibility to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with code-switching.
• Experience working in the Hollywood entertainment industry, studio or agency side.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience building an audience from the ground-up.
• A background in events or same-day turnaround times.

Annual Salary Range (plus benefits): $75k-$90k
