What You’ll Do

• Reports to Associate Social Media Manager with oversight from Social Media Lead
• Generate memorable engagements & connections with fans
• Engage and help build the Zwift communities across social media platforms
• Work with a global network of fellow community managers to flag production issues in real-time and seek out creative solutions
• Post & ensure quality production and timeliness of planned content
• Assist in gathering qualitative audience insights for weekly reporting & metrics reports
• Mine for customer insights & issues through community groups + forums

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced social copywriter with the ability to create on-brand copy
• Natural communicator who is as comfortable working with internal stakeholders as Zwift community members
• A love of brands and social media: a good eye for social creative and a natural curiosity for emerging trends and market insights
• Demonstrated knowledge in social media tools & platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Strava)
• At least 2-3+ years of social media experience, ideally in a community management role
• A passion for sports, pop culture and lifestyle trends
• Creative thinker with experience pitching content ideas that align to a defined channel strategy and communications framework

Bonus Points

• Experience working closely with internal and external creative teams on content and asset production
• Specific knowledge of cycling, running and triathlon
• Customer service experience a plus

For All US Based Full-Time Positions

The base salary for this position ranges between $69,000 - 81,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
