Community Engagement Manager Jobs

Community Engagement Manager needed with 3-4 years experience working with online Communities - ideally in tech or B2B. In this role, you will build programs to incentivize Community engagement across forums, as well as moderate day-to-day conversations happening in the Community, and host online activities like AMAs + community hangouts.
JOB TITLE: Community Engagement Manager
LOCATION: REMOTE
HOURLY PAY RATE: $45 - $55 depending on market location
START DATE: By August 1st
DURATION: 3-6 months, 40 hours per week. Extension likely
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Curate and elevate community content across blogs, social media, online forums, and user groups
• Facilitate user-generated content on the blog
• Manage internal and external community calendar
• Be an active presence in the online forums and moderate conversations
• Execute community content strategy
• Manage community platform maintenance/roadmap
• Create content to highlight creators and their use cases (community member of the month, launch related use cases)
• Build programs to incentivize community engagement
• Event logistics (list imports, invitations, speaker coordination)

REQUIREMENTS:

• You can create programs that are engaging for our customers and scalable for our business, measuring and reporting on the success of your programs
• You have 3-4 years experience working with online Communities, on marketing teams, or in a related field
• Bonus skills: Marketo, Figma, Social Scheduling, project management software
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• You are an excellent written and oral communicator.
• You are experienced in maintaining content calendars and coordinating logistics for events
• B.S. or B.A. required
• You love to connect with and forge relationships with our customers
