A Brief Overview
Benefits Core Services provides benefits expertise and the administration of TriNet's benefits offerings to TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet teams. We collaborate with all our internal teams to assess benefit inquiries and research, perform root cause analysis, and determine resolution for the best outcome for both TriNet and the customer.

What you will do
- Provide basic benefits expertise regarding compliance and regulatory requirements
- Assists employees with benefits inquiries in the areas of work-site-employee health benefits, client benefits, flexible compensation services, retirement services, COBRA services, and other related areas. Communicates and resolves benefits related inquiries for internal and external customers via phone, email, chat, or case. Performs initial research for cases and resolves low to mid-level complexity daily tasks, escalating to other internal expertise as appropriate.
- Performs administrative tasks including but not limited to routing of SalesForce and Perceptive Content items"
- Assist customers with guidance and compliance for employee level changes that impact benefits
- Assist customers by providing queries as needed to support data requests related to benefits
- Manage and resolves open cases in the CRM system (SalesForce) with a high emphasis on timeliness and quality
- Process low level complexity on-demand actions
- Triage of benefits inquiries to ensure the appropriate team members are involved for complete resolution
Education Qualifications
- General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically < 2 years preferred

- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

The salary range for this role is $47,200 to $71,640. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
