Assistant To Producer Jobs

Good Films Collective is an independent film company dedicated to creating high-quality, intelligent, inclusive films with impactful stories that entertain, resonate, and commercially last.We are looking for an assistant to the Lead Producer.

This position is full-time, based in Culver City, working on site from our production office.

Responsibilities

·Maintain and update the producer’s calendar, scheduling and arranging all meetings

·Work closely with the producer to ensure they are well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities

·Manage general office administrative duties including phones, department meetings, incoming and outgoing post, and supplies

·Arrange all travel accommodations, which tend to be international

·Assist with special projects, research, and project management as needed

·Assist with competitive analysis and staying up to date on current events within the entertainment landscape, especially as it relates to Motion Pictures and Television

Qualifications

·Hard-working, dedicated individual interested in being part of a small, independent film company

·Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the agility to handle shifting priorities and directives

·Able to competently manage sensitive matters with a high-level of confidentiality and discretion especially if it impacts the operation of the company

·Attention to detail, strong organization and problem-solving skills are a must

·Knowledge of in Entertainment is a plus

·The ideal candidate has a valid passport and is willing to travel internationally
