Job Description

Work directly with Executive Producers and Creative

Director in the production of commercials and films. The position is a bit of a catch all for commercialand film production as well as business operations, so there'sa lot of opportunity to learn and be on set.


Work daily in some or all of the following:

  • -Scheduling Google Calendar - Slack - Quip - Excel - Word - Google Docs - Miro - Zoom
  • Note taking during creative meetings with clients
  • Creating social posts for Instagram and Tik-Tok
  • Building and/or creating decks in InDesign, Google Slide, Power Point
  • Proof Reading treatments
  • Creating Casting Breakdowns
  • On-Set PA - BTS for shoot days
  • Research


Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skill and organization. Great opportunity to learn about multiple positions in production and creative development. We're a low ego, fast paced group that all pitch in to make the absolute best content we can.
