We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Podcast Producer to join our Social Media and Creatives team in ensuring in providing high-quality podcast content.

This is a contract role for up to 3 months.

Compensation is up to $30 an hour and will be based on attendance after each completed session. Benefits are not included at this time.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with recording sessions by setting up equipment, conducting sound checks, and ensuring optimal audio quality.
  • Oversee podcast recording sessions with Eric Wei, monitoring audio waveforms and video playback, ensuring optimal audio quality and engaging conversations.

What you'll need:

  • Basic understanding of audio, video procedures and podcast production processes, including recording, editing, and distribution.
  • Available evenings and weekend - this is when Creator podcast filming usually happens.
  • Experience using: Rodecaster, Audacity, and DSL.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles. (Close to the Karat HQ in West Hollywood a huge plus!)
