Due to the high-level nature of this position, it is crucial that the individual be sophisticated, sharp and capable, as they will serve as an extension of this executive with investors, board of directors and top management. The ability to communicate effectively with poise, professionalism and ease is imperative.

In addition to handling administrative and personal tasks, this individual will also be responsible for executing special projects and seamlessly managing operational work as well.

If you have 10+ years of administrative experience supporting C-Suite executives within finance, thrive in high pressure environments and enjoy serving as the gatekeeper to well-respected executives, then this could be the right opportunity for you!
