Assistant Office Manager Jobs

Job Summary

The Assistant office manager is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties including greeting potential new employees, answering phones, scheduling interviews, filing and onboarding new employees, posting employment openings and maintaining online job postings.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs clerical duties including filing and hiring.
• Greets and assists potential employees.

Experience / Skill Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to receive direction and work well with others.
• High school degree.
• Strong attention to details.
• Skill in preparing, analyzing and interpreting workload data.
• Good verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of and use of word processing and management systems
• Good organizational skills. 1+ years of prior general office management experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Requirements

Essential physical requirements include:

• Standing, sitting and walking
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping
• Ability to stoop, bend and kneel, squat, kneel and pull.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office environment.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour.

Hours: 9-5 Monday-Friday
