Job Description

Office Assistant

Starting $16/hr.- Looking for an office assistant for a family-owned utility. Upbeat personality, excellent customer service skills, and phone etiquette a must. General Excel and Word knowledge necessary. Good typing skills and 10-Key knowledge extremely helpful.

Duties will include but not be limited to handling customer calls, handling builder calls, entering daily e-payments into the billing system, updating daily-weekly-monthly reports, providing backup to 2nd assistant with check payments and customer transfers/new customers. Also, any help the office manager needs with reports and to fill in if necessary in the event of her absence.

We provide a casual and fun, yet professional environment. Benefits include health, retirement, and Paid Time Off. Flexible and understanding in regards to family schedules and necessary time off. PHMSA/DOT pre-employment drug test required as well as random testing throughout employment.

Hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
