Application Administrator Jobs

The Application Administrator is responsible working with multiple product teams to upgrade, maintain and support application environments. The Application Administrator will perform system management functions critical in daily operations of health plan applications. The role requires ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve application relate problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of software administration
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.

OTHER SKILLS:

• Analytical
• Written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office suite, with strengths in Excel, Word, and Visio
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, troubleshooting application issues
• Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate action
• Writing /Composing Yes (Correspondence)
• Knowledge of High Availability Designs
