Vendor Management: Coordinate with software vendors to manage report issues, request support, and coordinate updates and patches as needed.

Experience translating User Requirements to functional specifications.

6+ Month Remote Contract, Supporting PST Hours

Provide desk-side and remote support as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent systems administration experience.

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of multiple operating/networking systems and enterprise applications/utilities with expertise in at least one system (including virtualization technologies).).

Experience with Workflow and File management systems.

Associate's degree (two-year degree) or certification program of comparable length.

Experience with complicated practices and precedents.

Minimum two years of experience with application software support.

Basic knowledge of windows operating system desired.

Working knowledge of enterprise report writers.

Knowledge of Property Management and Accounting is strongly desired

Flexible and adaptable with excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills

Support software product customization based on user requirements

Prepare documentation to support system administrative functions, procedures and processes including an internal knowledge base for the System Support team

3+ years of experience working with Yardi Voyager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Technology or equivalent work experience

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Contribute to management meetings as required

Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management.

At least two years of experience as a Help Desk Manager or in a technical support role.

Manage the help desk ticketing system

Manage team of service desk calls, response times and customer satisfaction

Manage and develop custom reporting from Yardi as requested

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

A working understanding of database concepts and user security. Experience with SQL querying and custom report design

Outstanding written and oral communication skills and must possess a strong commitment to customer service

Establish best practices and efficient workflows

Incident and Problem Management including during and post-incident analysis.

SLA management and reporting for applications

Application support, issue management and escalation

Will assist with the Technology Lifecycle Management Program for technology asset management.

May be willing to consider a Jr to Mid-level Application Admin if you have KYC or Fraud requirements)

May use specialist knowledge in one or several applications and supporting environment

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date learning content, course catalogs, and user profiles.

Monitor and track employee training progress, certifications, and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Manage training records, evaluations, and feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Education

2-3 years' project management experience in implementing applications or web-based software.

Intermediate-level programming and application management experience.

Strong knowledge of application security, website security, certificate management, and application vulnerability mitigation.

Experience in code management and repositories.

A Bachelor degree or certification, or equivalent years of experience in a related field is required.

Experience using project management software

Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate action

Create custom reports, scripts, and data output in Yardi that assist the Accounting, Asset Management, Finance, and Investor Relations departments

Experience in Construction, Single Family, Multi-Family, and/or Commercial Property Management and/or Accounting

Experience in customizing and integrating applications preferred
