The Yardi Administrator is the highest-level technical role for our Yardi accounting platform. Our primary use of Yardi is based around construction job costing, investment management, and general ledger accounting. Property accounting and property management are in Entrata. In this role you would be assisting the accounting teams with property accounting when necessary, leasing operations are managed by a separate department. You would be the IT department point of contact for all tasks, projects, and upgrades related to the system. This includes but is not limited to working with the vendor and business stakeholders to provide support and administer system changes. The ideal person should be able to diagnose and resolve problems, maintain data and system integrity, and do so while following Yardi best practices and change management principles. This person will be responsible for tier III support of the application, custom reporting in Yardi, ETL import/exports, and third-party integrations. You will spend the majority of your time administering the technical side of Yardi but you will have responsibilities supporting other national systems, such as DealCloud our investor CRM and Vena our fintech application. This role reports to the National Applications Manager.
